9x dev.t.o/t5: Plain registered users can't rate tracker items; admins can. Obj & Global Perms seems ok though: bug?
Example:
As user xavi (plain regitered user) I added this bug report:
http://dev.tiki.org/tiki-view_tracker_item.php?trackerId=5&itemId=4330I click on the stars field (field 62: Rating Stars (system) ) and my rating is not shown.
If I login as a user with admin privileges, then I can see the average rating, and I can rate also that item.

- Kanban plugin; the Swimlane field throw an error if using a category field type
- Kanban plugin: Error if the fields Description and Swimlane are empty

- Tracker, validation; Editing an existing item with a validation option set as distinct failed (considered a new item)
- Helper icons, buttons and short labels should be kept on the same line as the setting widget being edited (don't do wrapping), to avoid looking broken and having uneven row heights
