The two icon flags (eye.png and eye_magnifier.png) that are used to show the "watch" status of a forum are always switched together, so one doesn't really know what kind of watch he set on the forum.

IMHO, "monitor topics and thread" is a special case of "monitor topics", so it should be as follow:
- on a new forum (no watch status set) icons are eye/eye_magnifier:
- this is correct
- if one clicks on "monitor topics" both turn to "no_eye.png" --> wrong (should be no_eye / eye_magnifier)
- if one clicks on "monitor topics and thread" both turn to "no_eye.png" --> correct
- on a forum with "monitor topics" set, both icons are "no_eye.png":
- this is wrong, they should be no_eye / eye_magnifiler
- if one clicks on "monitor topics", both turn to eye/eye_magnifier --> correct
- if one clicks on "monitor topics and threads", both stay "no_eye" --> correct
- on a forum with "monitor topics and thread" set, both icons are "no_eye.png":
- this is correct
- if one clicks on "monitor topics", both stay "no_eye" --> wrong (should be no_eye / eye_magnifier)
- if one clicks on "monitor topics and threads", both turn to eye/eye_magnifier --> correct
