If you go to this page:
http://themes.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=legacy_themesYou see links to download themes. Good.
However, these could be older versions. Bad.
Suggestion: a permanent link.
http://mods.tikiwiki.org/Dist/themes-matrix.tgz
which links to the latest version. Ex.:
http://mods.tikiwiki.org/Dist/themes-matrix-1.2.tgzOf course, if people use the mods installer, they don't need. But still...
