You need to be logged in to see the module "users_rank" with everyone at 0.
- Solution
This bug does not exist. In themes.tw.o, the problem was caused by the db tiki_score not having any entries. Don't know why this is the case. Both tiki.sql and tiki_1.8to1.9.sql look ok and should not cause these entries not to be present.
