Description

Sometimes, users forget their usernames and end up creating duplicate accounts.

Here are two things which would help:
1- Users should be able to have a password reset/reminder while only knowing their email. fixed in 1.10

2- In tiki-adminusers.php, the search box should work for emails also (not just usernames) fixed in 1.10

Also, in 1.9.x, usernames are CaSe SenSitive. fixed in 1.10
