DescriptionHi all - my first patch submission - the only thing i've not done here (bad) is to make it optional - quite why you'd want to return the raw wiki markup in search results is beyond me but i bet someone does! I guess it should be switch-off-able in case it puts too much stress on the server...

The main reasons for this omission are that a) i'm not sure how to do it (new pref on search admin or what?) and b) it would mean hitting quite a few more files, and thus more scary for a newbie like me!

Here goes... (hope to work out IRC properly soon and so see you there...)
