If you change a listing, like on the Wishlist, and change sorting order, the URL gets an additional mention of the sort order.

But it's reversed, compared to the actual setting. So if you want to sort the Wishlist by modification date, descending (which IMHO should be the default), so the latest are listed at the top, the URL states

Workflow.tikiwiki.org is running 1.9.8.3. I was playing around with InterTiki settings and enabled pulling of UserPrefs from the master site. I know on the mater site, my particular user ID has privacy turned on such that my information is not visible to users.

When I go to wf.tw.o as an anonymous user, I can hover my cursor over a user (such as myself) and it will show a box with my information...email address, location, etc. When I try and do the same on the tw.o master site, I get "user information is private" or something.

I'm wondering if there is a bug or oversight with InterTiki where it is not pulling all of the user preferences, and if that is the case, if someone can fix it so that privacy settings are honoured?

When a user runs the user wizard, one of the few things he or she can set is country. But the information entered there is not persistent, upon reload it is forgotten.

Possibly the same bug that we had in the user preference.

I have two users at tw.o: xavi and xavidp. Both with lower case.

I can log in on doc.tw.o using either Xavi or xavi. When I log in with user Xavi, when I click on watching adding a page, or watching another page, I get this type of error:

Tiki.org is set to force "Minimum 4 characters long" for username on registration.
An error "Minimum 4 characters long" appears before any test is done on the field.

It should appear until the field is checked.
If this is a warning, then it should look like a warning but not an error.

Checked on Tiki 16 and Trunk.

When selecting a Machine Translation, the resulting page is "broken" -- the left & right columns appear after/under the center column.

Tested with 5.0SVN on http://info.tikiwiki.org with FiveAlive theme

The left column in the Spanish translation is at the bottom of the page.

((doc:Trackers)) are powerful. But there is no built-in version history like the wiki pages and the spreadsheet. A workaround is to watch the tracker and have the history in your inbox. You can also permit users to comment the tracker item instead of editing it.

A real history, accessible via the interface would be nice to have. Please see SourceForge trackers for an example.

Adding a field "Edit Summary" would be useful for this history.

Low-hanging fruit solution is to copy the diffs (that we already send by email but should be improved: [wish1982|Trackers :: email notifications of changes :: more emphasis on changes.]) to a new "history" tab.

More work would be an interface to revert to a previous value, which could be nice-to-have but too complex.

Version Plugin is broken: or at least it's not working on tikiwiki.org. Example:

When using the __Versions__ plugin, Tiki incorrectly merges the first line of each "version" within the Version navigation bar. This causes problems when parsing wiki syntax for items that must begin at the start of the line (such as the numbering # syntax).

THe display message error page is presented without any css and theme.

warn user by means of e-email that his/her tracker item status is going to automatically change status in short if no modifications are made within the time frame specified (see 2) ). That warning message could be sent a week in advanced of the dead line (or some days specified by the tracker creator at the tracker definition).

Firefox 26.0 running on Linux Mint

For example on https://suite.tiki.org/KeePass when you click Related links in the TOC it does not go to KeePass#Related_links but to the tiki-index.php#Related_links instead.

UserPages should be off by default, and activated per relevant profile.


Syntax should become:

Same thing for ((doc:User Trackers))

This is the only wiki site on which I can see this problem... When I look in MyTiki->Modules I can see the login box between "Last changes" and "who's there" on the right column, but there is no box at all visible there. When I log out I can see it again (but I need to log out by editing the url of my browser to point on tiki-logout.php. Is anyone seeing the same behavior on this site or is it just me ? (Might be some personal configuration problems, but I can't track it down).

I changed my CSS to see if it solved anything, but the moreneat, mose and cinq styles behave all the same, I didn't try any others.

Just curious to see if anyone else experiences this odd anomally ...
