If you write in a wiki page the following code:

Your link will not be colored as it should.

This has been tested on 1.9.7 and 1.9.10.1

It should work as with wiki links.

When an Admin or a Group Member who has permissions to upload/view/edit files in specified file galleries, uploads a file to a gallery, they themselves and other non-admin users cannot view the file.

If you write this:
~np~((HomePage|This (example) doesn't work))~/np~
It gets displayed as is instead of having a link with parentheses in its text.
The bug exists on 1.9.7 and 1.9.10.1 at least.

This was working well with 1.8.x

When trying to add a new page to an existing structure I got the following error:

Field 'structure_id' doesn't have a default value


I could correct this very simply by going into the MySQL administrator and changing that column to have a default value of 0. I guess this is just that the DB set up SQL is incorrect and needs to have default value added to that column. I used the update SQL from 1.8 to 1.9 to create this tikiwiki so I guess that is the SQL that would need to be changed. I have not tested the new clean DB install of 1.9.

Cannot create table with percentages column.
This simple table code should create a 2x2 table with the second column having percentages, but instead the percent symbols are treated as indication of a dynamic variable.

On the other hand, if an image is inserted in another column, the percent symbols are not treated as dynamic variable anymore, and the table appears correctly.

In my oppinion, the identification of a dynamic variable inside a table shouldn't extend beyond each cell of a table, let alone a full row...

The page can be previewed but not saved so I suspect it has something to do with the database.

When an image or file gallery is categorized the title & description are added to the tiki_categorized_objects table BUT if the title or description is then edited and changed this change does not get made to the fields in the tiki_categorized_object table. This means that when the objects are shown in the Browse Category function (or using the Category Plugin) then the 'old' title and description are shown.

I think I've verified this in the 'clean install' area and by direct examination of my own databases using phpMyAdmin.

Weirdest thing about that is, that the menu is collapsed when in Admin -> Menu editing the menu.. :O

It appears that CGI parameters used by Galaxia activity code are getting flushed. Things are working fine in 1.8.1 but do not work in 1.9.0

Right now, there's no way to resend either the email to the admin to validate a user or resend the email to the user to validate their email address. If either of those emails fail to happen or they get sent to "spam", the user cannot log in.

There is some trouble with __~np~&filtervalue[26]=check~/np~__ form the url when used as external link between square brackets.

Since this user has special rights, it should be possible to change it.

toggg fixed the broken Wiki-parsing in Blog/Trackers etc. - basically every feature except Wiki

When I check "View inserted item" the first time I save a tracker item, it does not save the check boxes, e.g. data type on this form.

Labels for forum administration options to link a Forum and mailing list are very obtuse. Suggested cleanup as made in the documentation would help users.

phpBB is a popular open source forum software.
Sometimes, a forum is not enough.
So, the data must be migrated from phpBB to Tiki forums...

If you want to help:
Please post links to similar scripts.
ex.: phpbb to invision board, etc
If/when we do a script, we should do for all major forums.

I have almost completed an integrated TikiWiki forum migration tool for 1.9.8.x and 1.10. Initial release will be to migrate only Tiki forums from one Tiki install to another. However, hooks are in place, and the intention is there, to work on extending the migration tool to importing of phpBB2 (or any other forum software) into Tiki. If you would like more information, email tiki.kerrnel@kerris.com. I expect a general release of the forum migration tool (for Tiki forums only) into cvs of both branches for beta testing by December 1/07. If all goes well, I'll have something released for phpBB2 migration prior to Dec 31.
