Fivealive-lite grape theme option is not applied or overriden by default Bootstrap colors
On https://nextthemes.tiki.org/Themes (use next/next to authenticate) you can see the "grape" theme option is not displaying in the grape colors but it uses the default blue instead. |

fivealive-lite kiwi can't see logout link
see https://www.evernote.com/shard/s37/sh/1f0a6969-1c0e-42ec-8652-0eeed24f3a62/a3cef49f299bb8d89ed795b90e3a08c5 I know we are trying to set a colour to the button text on the left but it is affecting the text here as well. Why not simply forget about it? It's not worth the complexity as far as I am concerned. The text can be standard black in the buttons as well as here. |

Fixed Top Menu (Classic bootstrap) and bottom modules are lost when using the Admin new UI (Tiki23 default)
On a Tiki23 if the layout option is set with : Classic boostrap (Fixed top menu) the menu is lost when navigating on the admin pages. The original website logo (brand icon) is changed for a Tiki icon making things more confusing. {img fileId="1571" thumb="box"} Bottom module is also lost... All bootstrap themes or themes bootstrap adaptation will suffer from this problem. This block upgrading websites. |

Floating top and/or bottom (footer) menu items (and why not left & right too)
We should have some ready-made zones, where template designers can just It should be possible to populate these zones with Site Identity or in the templates. Please examples of floating boxes here: http://www.jtricks.com/javascript/navigation/floating.html http://www.phpletter.com/Demo/Jquery-Floating-Box-Plugin/ It could also be pull out thingies or horizontal bars |

Font and other style info isn't correct
Comparing https://themes.tiki.org/ and https://nextthemes.dev9.evoludata.com/ , the nextthemes site seems to have trouble using the correct font and some other prefs/styles. Clear the cache and it's ok, but then on the next page view the font family is wrong for body text and the child theme switches to "None" (it should be "Grape" at that site). Other themes seem to look and work ok, so this problem could be due to the theme, FiveAlive-lite, which isn't updated as completely as most of the others (regarding CSS variables, etc.). I'll commit the updates soon and recheck the sites. |

Get the feature tiles panel (back) into the new admin dashboard ... please
Hello, especially the Admin UI revamp team. I love the new Tiki Admin UI, whilst I am quite massively missing a few nice ideas or our old one. When I supported the idea of a more WP-like approach, I never thought we would lose the old feature tiles panel, which has a lot of advantages in respect of time saving. I suggest, that we could put it into a module and then add it to the list of standard admin modules, that can be optionally loaded into the admin dashboard. Aswell there are a number of administration places, where the new admin dashboard style is not yet applied. I assume that is just a matter of time and ressources. Comments welcome. Best regards, Torsten --- |

Group theme no longer working.
The group theme functionality no longer works in 5.x and 6.0. To test: *Set "each group can have its own theme" in Admin>Look&Feel>theme *Admin>Groups, edit a group and try to set the default theme for a group. *nothing happens. *theme control - still working. *user preferences - theme - still working. |

Hard-coded icons in js files
Some icons are hard-coded through javascript files. One example from lib/jquery_tiki/tiki-trackers.js line 139: {CODE()} $row.append($('<td class="action"/>').append($('<a href="#" class="text-danger"><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-remove"/></a>') {CODE} This line hard codes a glyphicon icon regardless of the iconset set by the admin. In php files this can be fixed by loading the smarty function icon but haven't been able to fix here (tried using ajax services). |

{syntax type="tiki" editor="plain"} {img fileId="3149" thumb="box"} In the image you can see lots of space for a nice background image to be placed along the top. How do I add an image here. I have tried hacking the css and scss but its not ideal. Can you place a module in the topbar to hold an image background |

Icons Unseen with Fivealive Theme
In Tiki 15.4 the theme Fivealive does not display by default the Login, Preferences, Quick Administration icons at the Top Module. __Describe precisely what you did (how to reproduce). __ I installed fresh instance of TikiWiki 15.4 via Softaculous on shared hosting. I then activated the Fivealive theme. __Describe exactly the faulty consequences. __ Immediately the Top Module icons were missing, actually hiding because the text color is set at white. __Explain what you expected instead of the faulty consequences.__ I expected to see the icons at the Top module. The text color can be change to accommodate this fault, but for a new user, this will be very confusing. |

Similar to [item5377], I see we are trying to make the menu text white, but a better selector should be chosen, otherwise if we just leave the text black it reduces complexity....
