13.x in dev.t.o: some toolbar buttons like wiki link broken (reload the whole page) . Try while reporting a bug.

13.x: After a remote file is uploaded to a file gal, no file Id is shown any more since 13.x

Reproduced in doc.t.o.
* Edit a page

* place a remote url to a file. For instance: http://www.r-project.org/hpgraphic.png
+ Once uploaded, you see no fileId any more. Upto 12.x, you saw the filename with a link to the file id number on hover, etc.

13.x: codemirror not switchable for new comments (but just for comment edition) even if preference correctly set.
In 12.x, codemirror is switchable indeed for new comments, as well as for comment edition

13.x: email param from PluginTracker too difficult to get it working as expected for end users

* Maybe some more documentation in doc.t.o missing?
** param "emailformat" (indicated by a poweruser in an email) missing in the doc. page (since long ago)?
* Maybe some easier ready-to-use tpl bundled within tiki to work for that use case, if the default tracker_changed_notification.tpl doesn't work.
* Maybe some bug? (some devs said thatyou need to set the "copy activity to email" to something for that tracker to get those emails sent for the non-registered user submitting the tracker item?
* ...

Finally, some hint (in case it matters):
* I tried first this approach in my localhost (linux box), and I got same behavior.
** Looking at the apache error log I saw a message complaining that I didn't have "sendmail", which is true (in purpose, for other reasons)

** The curious thing is that those cases of error with sendmail were not recorded in tiki syslog as "mail error" lines, but nothing was loged. Only the email related to "copy activity to email" was recorded in the tiki syslog with at least a line saying "mail error", and all the details about that email.

This code used to work in Tiki up to version 12.x, and it was used in doc.t.o pages:

13.x: Slideshow skips 1 out of 2 slides and content of 1st slide is shown at the end of the slideshow

To reproduce, apply the Slideshow profile (available in the Profiles Wizard), validate the plugin call, and start the slideshow. 1st screen is empty, and the last screen shows the contents that in 12.x where shown in the first slide, where they were expected.

In addition, when you click on the screen, on press Page forward or down key, you skip one slide each time. (tested with Chrome 35 and Firefox 30 on GNU/Linux)

upon tiki install one is asked to set some folders to 777
temp/public is missed from this list, which made my antibot images fail to appear
namely, antibot features are written into temp/public

Plugin AppFrame works as expected up to Tiki 12.x, as far as I know (I didn't test with Tiki13, sorry), but fails with Tiki 14.x: the plugin doesn't get the central column expanded to use full width anymore, even if you request so with the plugin params.

Just side columns are hidden, but central column stays still with the same width.

14.x: tab toggle button from PluginTabs not shown or not working

Reproduced here with android 4.2 default browser (clinking on notabs button does nothing but reload the same page), and with chrome i get no tabs and button to recover the tab diaplay mode (i had clicked in a "notabs" button in the same chrome in normal non-mobile view in a 12.x site):

To me, the first fix would be to make this change between tiki12 and tiki15 (whnever it happened) optional.

Fixing r58885 in branches/15.x/templates/tracker_filter.tpl ([[FIX]Fix serurl links for tracker status in the filter bar.) I noticed that in 15.x there is no visual indication of which tracker item status filters are applied at any given time Some circle, of background, underline or something?

In addition, when you print in paper in Black and White, you have no clue which status correspond to each item. I solved this issue in the past by means of slightly modifying the gif image to indicate an "x" for closeed and a minus sign "-" for pending. HOw can this be done in the Bootstrap era?

15.x: Improvements needed for mobile view of many *.t.o sites (dev, themes, doc, ...)

(1) No way to login at dev.t.o or doc.t.o, for instance, when browsing the page in the smartphone
(tested with Chrome on Android, but it seems to be reproduced with a browser on a desktop and making it narrow enough as a smartphone)

(2) There is no logo nor site name displayed in the top header of most *.t.o sites. OTher (non-tiki) bootstrap websites do display their logo and name when shown through smartphone. IS tehre anything that can be done in the Tiki side to fix this?

(3) Fullscreen button is shown on top of the button at the top layer to display the logo and site name. Therefore, clicking there, fires the fullscreen in some cases. And when in full screen, in a smartphone, I couldn't come back to normal display mode clicking at that button in the smartphone for some reason, I had to fix the param in the url to get back to normal.

(4) The submenu is not shown in dev.t.o and doc.t.o but it is shown in themes.t.o Why? How shall we edit the submenus so that they are shown in the smartphone display?

Please, whoever introduced the UI change that did hide the preference filters, please, please, please, expose them back to new tiki admins, since there are tons of support requests in many tiki sites out there about new site admins (even experienced php developers) not finding the preferences that they are looking for in the Control Panels, also following the documentation pages in doc.t.o about them, etc.

This is also affecting people creating show.t.o instances to report bugs and not finding the preferences, etc.

I tried myself but it was beyond myskills when I had a quick look at that, and I was fearing to break some tpl/css, so I'd rather leave ir for an aexperienced UI developers, or even better, to whoever introduced this usability regression (back in Tik1i3 or 14 days, probably?)

On clean installs (empty databases) of TW 1.10 and 1.9.11 (also tested and confirmed on the clean 1.9.11 install on opensourcecms.com).
After users (perms tiki_p_create_blogs and tiki_p_blog_post enabled)create a blog they can proceed to post to any other user's blog. More precisely, on the post blog page, a user can select all blogs from the "Blog" field

I have a tracker with 80 items and one with 200 items. Latest code from SVN (updated 6/24).

Pagination fails completely - sometimes page 3 works, sometimes it doesn't. Page 2 fails all the time (that is - no movement)


This is with ajax on: firebug reports POST:

Even thought the param for offset is right, the data returned is always the same page I just sent.

As a result, nothing happens! Is there a way to turn ajax off in trackers only?

Without Ajax, the page changes, and if I manually put the URL in with the right offset, it goes to the right page

More details-
The error appears to be tied to the "insert new item" tab of a linked item.

IE reports an XML error, as does Firefox. The firefox console says this:

Even when I got rid of that item, AJAX pagination fails, but this time without a console error. What happens is that the window doesn't resize, and I get a "windowWidth is not defined" error, and the tabs never form.

Tikiwiki HTML Purifier version is 2.1.3.
Current version is 3.1.1 or 2.1.5.

There is risk of security attacks if not updated.
