I attempted to use ((doc:PluginPivotTable)) in a new page in dev.t.o: ((Bug report evolution))

# I first wrote ~np~{pivottable}~/np~ in the wiki page and saved (to check whether there was going to be some helper to find the right compulsory params that where missing (tracker:5 assigned to some param name, which I didn't remember)

** this requested me to indicate the first compusolry field, which offered to me to select some wiki page name, but not the right param content for the data source (tracker:n o activityStream). __First error/regression__ (it used to allow typing any text there, afair, but it currently deletes what the user types since it doesn't match any option from the list of wiki page names shown).
** I selected some page name, so that I could get the param name correctly written in plugin call in the textarea of the wiki page, to fix the value assigned to that param name manually, while also writing to text in the body of the plugin textarea while still in the popup helper. But when I attempted to accept to get the syntax inserted in the wiki page, I got this error message:

Oups, bad user experience. Looks like as if it was some experimental feature, while it has been there for years across many versions.

dev.tw.o: Sorting items from trackerlist plugin doesn't work for anons due to some conflict with the wiki cache. Example:

both pages show the same sorting on date (for instance) if the user is not logged, but the sorting works if you are logged.

I was testing other things, and I realized that diagrams cannot be saved inline anymore.

Reproduced in a show2.t.o instance from another bug report (since setting up diagram generation requires some manual steps to get the composer package installed server side)

I selected to save each new diagram inside the wiki page (inline), but that choice was not respected and diagrams were saved in a file in the file gallery.

Upgraded today (server side) to latest 24.x branch: r79594 (Last Changed Date: 2022-01-22 14:46:09 +0100 - Sat, 22 Jan 2022) . Issue solved.

__Expected behaviour:__
Parsing nested plugins should work flawlessly no matter how many levels are nested or be limited to e.g. 20 levels (ideally should be configurable) but should not break up to that max level; only if above the limit, it could show the unparsed syntax instead of breaking whole content rendering.

At https://doc.tiki.org/PluginCode the different samples with colors parameters are not doing anything.

Request ability to add to a wiki a spoiler.

Its very useful in a HowTo environment where the spoiler will hide code that needs to be copy/pasted so the presentation is neat.

Example:
When installing my widget, you might need to copy this code to your settings:

The spoiler has a button allowing the user to click on the button so the user can copy/paste the code inside the spoiler. The user can also click on the spoiler for a second time to close it; allowing easy reading and hiding it when not needed.

tikiwiki installed with mysql.
Create DSN with 'pgsql://user:password@host:port/DB'.
In wiki, use plugin SQL or REQUEST/DATATABLE.
And a lot of errors in php, select statement, mysql syntax and postgres error!

When the same footnote is reproduced, this was detected in Tiki12 and both had the same number and would link to the same item in footnotearea

Now, as can be seen in our explanation page: [https://doc.tiki.org/PluginFootnote] duplicated footnotes are shown twice (the 3 & 4 both show ''Ibid.'')

Using "sameas" option is not really a good solution because adding a footnote above other footnotes does not recalculate the sameas parameter even though the number of the previous footnote changed.

It seems the regression was introduced by: http://sourceforge.net/p/tikiwiki/code/53263 but a simple rollback would remove the "class" option.

I suggest recovering the duplicate detection and also adding two new optional options:
Id (alnum)
sameasId (alnum)

so we can express that a footnote is the same as another by Id. This way, adding new footnotes only changes the numbers (displayed), not the Ids (not displayed).

When a dynamic items list field and its "here" field are both used for pluginTracker, all entries in listFieldIdThere are shown regardless of what is selected for filterFieldIdHere in the plugin. I'd like the list to be filtered as it is when editing an item.

Of course I would only expect this to work when the dynamic list item and its filterFieldIdHere are both used in the plugin.

Tested in my Chrome browser all edit plugin helper icons do nothing currently on tiki.org
E.g. clicking the jigsaw puzzle icon on https://tiki.org/Roundtable+Meeting+2020+01 (with javascript:void() link) does nothing. Same on doc.tiki.org

No errors in Google chrome Console appearing.

When user have multilingual site enabled and edits a page e.g. in English called Foo and adds an image there using the IMG plugin syntax, then creates translation of the page in another page called Foo2 in the other language and then tries to edit one of the associated pages via the IMG plugin helper icon, it saves nicely but - the page looses the language assigned back to the "Unknown" and that breaks the translation association and it is not possible to set it back because it yells an error that that translation already exists or something like that...

After upgrade to 27.5 (I have not observer this in 27.2), edits made to Wiki Plugins on any given Wiki Page cause PHP errors related to missing language definition.
# Assigned language of the Wiki Page is removed (causing a PHP error, and "No language assigned" message)
# Page Description is removed
The above can be reverted using History, but it's practically impossible to edit Plugins without causing data loss (description).
User is forced to manually re-assign language (which fixes PHP errors), and insert new Page Description.
Tested on fresh install of 27.5

PHP errors shown on affected page are related to translated-lang.tpl (missing language)

If you write a wiki article for example and want to insert a image or picture you already uploaded you use the button for picture.
Then you select file galleries as the data source and want to select a file directly within the file gallery.
That's not the real problem. But as soon as you use elFinder for file gallery view you still can select a image but it will always insert a whole code tag within the "image id" field (eg. {img fileid="34" ...}) and not only the fileid itself.

The fix is really easy, you just need to edit the file [yourtikihome]/templates/tiki-list_file_gallery.tpl at line 294 and replace this line with the following:

Maybe you should fix this in a following version, as it's really annoying to fix the form every time.

a and A are equivalent. This makes perfect sense for page names, user names, etc Accented characters (äâ) should be as well

For wiki page names (see how Wikipedia does it) but it could be that ~np~((User_Profile)), ((User+Profile)) and ((User Profile))~/np~ are equivalent.


Should hyphen (-) be an equivalent character as well?
