Steps to reproduce:
- go to Make a Wish on this site
- click the print icon
- scroll down and try to return to this page by clicking on the link: The original document is available at http://dev.tiki.org//Make+a+wish

Fixed in revision 51982
Sorry I had to roll back and refix in r51194. Original fix depended on server - on some server REQUEST_URI has nothing and thus breaks lots of other links.
