History: Tags

Tiki tags were added in Tiki 2, based on [https://github.com/freetag/freetag|Freetag, an Open Source Tagging / Folksonomy module for PHP/MySQL applications], which is [http://www.ohloh.net/p/freetag|mostly inactive nowadays.]

Tags are similar but different to ((categories)).
