History: PluginSubTitles

This is an idea for [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SRT_file_extension|SRT files] which would help with ((Kaltura)) integration.

Todo: double-check if we should use .srt or another format

* Edit mode: SRT format
** Easy copy-paste to other apps
* View mode: a nice table with start time and text
** Clicking on a line should instruct video player on current page (if any) to 2 seconds before that time
* A new view mode (ex.: &mode=srt) similar to tiki-index_raw.php which strips everything and only shows the srt format
** This will permit this URL to be fetched directly by the video player, but [http://www.kaltura.org/html5-player-subtitles-using-absolute-path-subtitle-track#comment-5946|needs to be on the same domain though]
