History: PluginSnapshot

Use case: 
* Periodically monitoring generated HTML to push into a page wiki.
** Once in a wiki page, we can use
*** Permissions
*** Watch
*** Diff

* Detect changes to pages
** By using a plugin, can be part of wiki pages
** Can permit to check exact state of a page even if tracker or data has changed

* If content has not changed, there should be no edit of wiki page
