User goals * Permit plugin edit help icon to appear on mouse-over * No upgrade pain * Have some parameters that can be applied to all plugins * Make it more obvious to use plugins. ** A nice button on the toolbar which opens up a mega menu ** Be more of a wizard * More consistent parameter names (and not fileID in some places and ID in others) !! Technical goals * Reduce technical debt * Be more future-proof
