History: New Release Testing

I'm developing a script for testing any new release or tag using the default profile.

*Initial Login
Login as the admin.
**Was password change forced?
**Do all pages and modules load?
**Is the admin module loaded?

*Feature Setup
Click on Admin Home
**Did the page appear?
**Did the help link at the top of the page work?
**Did the help link just above the icons work?
**Are the proper icons active?
