''Charity in a box'' is an initiative designed to reduce IT costs and increase access to web based solutions for non-profit organizations. The project based in the UK and Portugal is working within the TikiWiki community to sponsor projects that enhance aspects of the software to provide non-profit organizations with the facilities they require. The funded project underway at present is implementing ((GroupMail|Group Mail)) a facility that will allow a team of people to collaborate while responding to incoming emails from a help desk.
