!! IE9_Win7 Image upload problem

In Windows 7 IE 9 I am not able to upload my own image via the Attachment feature.  Same for .png or .jpg or .jpeg.   Performed test on virtual machine Win7.  No problem on Win 8 using virtual machine.  PaulR

!! Image bank interface stays when clicking CLOSE

In Windows 7 IE 9, Windows 8 IE 10 and Windows Firefox, and Mac Safari, when using the image bank interface it works well when you double click your choice, but when you choose your choice or not then click CLOSE, the image bank window stays behind the tiled maps (using MapQuest) and appears as you resize the windows, and sometimes stays visible even after refresh. PaulR
