This looks like a question and answer session but some explanatory context at the top is needed. A Q&A session would be full of quotations which can not be alterered by Wiki editors. The Wishlist at the bottom looks like it could be altered, but the border around what can not be altered needs to be made apparent.

About testing not altering the database: One can script tests so they perform changes and then undo the changes, but because the software is expected to sometimes fail one can not trust the 'undo script' will indeed reset the DB to a known state.
