Console rebuilding Index spits out offset and non-numeric errors related to Add.php, feature.php and ItemsList.php

If I rebuild the index from the web interface it completes with no problem.
If I do the same rebuild from the console I get the following shopping list of items.
We have lots of mathematical calculation fields in our trackers so I hope accuracy is not effected.
