Regarding the Groupmail feature, I see new screenshots in Cypht page about groupmail feature back in place:
However, I'm not able to reproduce the setup. I applied Groupmail_20, but I was not able to interact with the webmail inbox module (since it's not shown to the admin user, even if admin user is assigned to the help team group).
Anything else is needed to get the "TAKE" button to show up?
