Idea 1: A fresh install should be with u: admin p: 12345
Pros:
- Saves time
- Increases chance that contributors will know the admin password
Cons- What if we want to test initial password changing? (It's an edge case)
What do you think?
Idea 2: From the show.tiki.org tracker field, there should be a way to reset the password (for registered accounts)Pros:
- So if password was changed, any user can access the Tiki and help with configuration
Cons:- What if someone purposely wants the admin password not to be accessible?
- Maybe reset password to admin/12345 should also provoke a snapshot?
- Maybe reset password to admin/12345 should also provoke a snapshot?
What do you think?- Solution
- It is basically done, but only problem is that the admin is forced to change his password again after the reset, which is kind of silly. Once this is fixed, please close this feature request.
