Projects Feature
It is envisaged that Projects will be a separate Feature within which Tasks will be 'consolidated'.
This implies that:
- Projects will be able to be 'switched' on/off just like any other Tiki Feature with a new preference defined (e.g. feature_projects) that defaults to n
- when Projects is 'activated' it should automatically activate Tasks as well, although Tasks should remain a separate feature that can be 'switched' on/off for backwards compatibility for the simple 'To Do List' type of functionality
- the standard Application menu set should be updated to include various menu items as follows
- Projects - main menu item
- Admin Projects - new screen
- List Projects - new screen
- Tasks - links to existing (but enhanced) Task screen
- Resources - new screen
- Projects - main menu item
- new user permissions will be needed as follows:
- tiki_p_can_be_in_project_team - allows a user to be eligible to be a project team member
- tiki_p_view_projects - allows projects to be viewed
- tiki_p_edit_projects - allows projects to be edited
- tiki_p_admin_projects - allows projects to be admin'd
