I looked today at http://info.tikiwiki.org/tiki-list_submissions.php and there are nearly 300 spam submissions there so far, and no way to delete them in groups. Maybe that's why nobody noticed my prior submission as info.tw.o editor from last month...

(the user need to be in info.tw.o Admin group in order to see the spam list. If your users is just in the info.tw.o_editors group, you'll see nothing but your own submissions if any.)

A text box to select the amount of rows to be listed would be welcome, and multiple checkboxes to select some or all, like with users, etc.

By the way, how can anonymous spammers post submissions to info.tw.o? They can't through http://info.tikiwiki.org/tiki-edit_submission.php (at least, nowadays)... Spam hole somewhere?

Editing articles fails for me in a tiki 3.3 site.
This is the article that I could finally add, when found a workaround:

* At creation time, I added three email adresses to be notified, separated by commas, and made a mistake in one of them (email@domain@org,email2@domain.org,email3@domain.org). Note that first email address has an extra @.
* Tiki notified me that I had an error in email@domain@org (good catch, so far, so good!)
* changed email@domain@org for email@domain.org, and reattempted to submit the article
* I got: 400: Bad Request. Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Ok, removed those email addresses, and finally could save the article successfully.

Then I wanted to edit the article again (moving two lines from the header to the body), but I keep getting the same error 400 at saving time (I didn't make any attempt to set email address for monitoring any more; in fact, the field is not shown any more!)

First of all, the template checks for a $use_ratings variable to display the article's rating which, in my case, appears to be always null even though ratings are activated. Why do I think they are? Because the form to submit a rating shows up, because depends on $prefs.article_user_rating and $tiki_p_rate_article being 'y', which they are.

On my particular site, all articles have a rating of "7/10". Which is weird, because most of them haven't been rated and the configured rating options range from 1-4, and not 1-10. If I try to actually submit a rating, the actual rating still is 7, even though the "generate rating" is set to "on vote".

Need to add CAPTCHA/anti-bot option when allowing anonymous submission of articles (tiki-edit_submission.php)

Add group watch to articles

This way we could also have all users informed about comunity news , etc. in tiki sites.

In fact, the best option would be what it's done with newsletters: subscribe that bunch of users from a group, and let them unsubscribe it they wish and when they wish, without admin action. But if no action is done, they all get the copy of the article at their email, etc.

Articles are in English & in French. Users can toggle between each language. However, if I add a topic to an article, it no longer works.

When creating a topic in admin topic (tiki-admin_topics.php) i have 2 fields to fill:
Topic Name
Upload Image

Only name is mandatory and saving is ok.

If i want to edit the created topic to modify it i see a third field appearing: Add Notification Email.
If i save without giving an email i got the following error : Invalid email.
I can't save. Best evasion course is to close or jump back from this page.

I don't recall having set a feature or an option that force emails for topic article notifications.

There is no reason why i should be forced to add an email ONLY on edit (if a feature were set for a mandatory email address) and the error message (if he is linked to a feature) should be more explicit.

It would be lovely to set some new user defaults at
* Admin (home) > Login > User defaults, and/or
* Admin > Groups > (Edit a single group)

The ability to Subscribe/watch/monitor new users in the site or to that specific group, to specific Tiki objects.

Which tiki objects?: I would say, in this order:
# specific forums
# specific blogs
# specific calendars
# specific newsletters (ML: we can already subscribe groups to newsletters)
# specific wiki pages
# specific structures
# specific trackers
# specific categories
# new articles

This is specially useful for new users of the site, where they don't know yet how to subscribe to specific areas, etc. Very needed for educational scenarios, but I can see many other places where new users are a bit lost for some time while they learn how to use the Tiki site.

Anywhere there is a watch eye, it should be possible for an admin to have group members watch this category

Google adsense does not display.
This error occurred in FiveAlive and "thenews".
I tried using "Banners".
I tried using "Template".
I tried using "Module: AdSense".
I tried using "Module: User".
I tried using "HTML plug in".

In an Article and Blog, I used the HTML plug in, authorized the HTML, and nothing displayed.

By experimentation, I added the carat (box) around the plug in, and it displayed in PREVIEW mode. But when I saved it, an empty box with no adsense text displayed. (No, the carat didn't trigger it, just was the reason I previewed it.)

"Allow HTML" box is checked.

When I look at the page source, the HTML is there.

The xhtml br / is the only discrepancy that I can find between the "PREVIEW" versus the "SAVED" version.

When using the Mail-In feature with Articles, Tiki places the entire email in the article's Header. I would like a way to specify portions of the email to placed in the article's header, the rest in the Article body. Perhaps by some sort of text marker?

When you view an article, the URL simply includes the id# of the article. On wiki pages, however, the URL lists the article title.

It is not possible to use pagination inside the wiki plugin articles. The attached Patch enables this by adding a paginate (y|n) to the parameters.

Currently, an administrator of a Tikiwiki installation has to hunt for upgrades, updates, and security related information of his installation. It is often cumbersome and sometimes dangerous, think of the delay in fixing a crucial vulnerability, it has happened elsewhere before. It might also be nice to know that ppl are using current and feature complete software.

Articles dissapear from view when author is no longer a member.
