User goals
- Permit plugin edit help icon to appear on mouse-over
- No upgrade pain
- Have some parameters that can be applied to all plugins
- Make it more obvious to use plugins.
- A nice button on the toolbar which opens up a mega menu
- Be more of a wizard
- More consistent parameter names (and not fileID in some places and ID in others)
