You will notice 2 Smarty versions listed, this is for backwards compatibility ... Tiki 8.x now uses Smarty version 3.

Either the lib is no longer maintained, or it can be replaced by something more modern, or it's no longer relevant to the web today.

overLIB 4.21 was released on 2005-7-05

Partially replaced by jQuery in 4.0 but {if $prefs.feature_community_mouseover eq 'y'} {popup_init src="lib/overlib.js"}{/if} remains in tiki.tpl (as of 2010-03-06)

RSS feeds

Feedcreator not maintained. Replace by Zend Framework?
