This setting:
Contact Us
Contact Us (Anonymous)
here: tiki-admin.php?page=features

And this one:
Contact user:
tiki-admin.php?page=general

Plus, "Contact user" should be a drop-down menu with the user list

Should be added to a new admin tab "Contact us":
tiki-admin.php?page=contact_us

IMHO, it is OK for options/settings to be in more than one admin panel, if relevant to both.
