RSS in Tiki8

RSS feeds need a clean-up for consistency.

1- These three lists are not consistent:
templates/modules/mod-rsslist.tpl
templates/header.tpl
templates/admin/include_rss.tpl

2- Lists should offer direct access to RSS feed for each
Checking permissions and that feature is activated, it should be listed in places like:
tiki-list_blogs.php
tiki-forums.php

3- maps RSS
needs to be reviewed: I don't see a use case for this.

Keywords

The following is a list of keywords that should serve as hubs for navigation within the Tiki development and should correspond to documentation keywords.

Each feature in Tiki has a wiki page which regroups all the bugs, requests for enhancements, etc. It is somewhat a form of wiki-based project management. You can also express your interest in a feature by adding it to your profile. You can also try out the Dynamic filter.
