Create a tracker field, of type Text or Text Area (possibly other types are also buggy).
Hit "Add field and edit advanced options", then check "multilingual".
Save the field.Afterwards, get to tiki-view_tracker.php?trackerId=<number> and attempt to "Insert New Item":
All fields with option "multilingual" lack any input field. They can't be filled (even when mandatory). → Problem!Going back to edit the field and removing "multilingual" option corrects the issue.
