If admin account validation is enabled, Admin receive mails to confirm users registration.But, if the admin is logged (with its own account) on tiki when he clicks the confirmation url, the user is not well-registered (provpass is still there in DB).
Whereas if he is not logged on, the registration works well.

- Dirty Workaround : as admin, you have to logout before clicking incoming confirmation email
