Description

The "Allow HTML" button is a PITA.

because it is default unchecked EACH TIME you open the edit screen. therefore if anyone puts html in a page it is by default not parsed the next time somebody edits.

Solution

Remove the allow HTML checkbox entirely. from the editpage tpl.

Use these default behaviors.

always parse html if:
feature is enabled
user has that permission.

make sense?
