Description

Many banner advertisers use a javascript for banner adverting. Currently, there is no way to add a JS-based banner.

Solution

Some possibilities:
1. Change the HTML area of the banner to accept SMARTY syntax. This would allow users to use {LITERAL}

Verified as fixed in 4.x revision #24289

Tiki allows SCRIPT elements in the HTML area of the Admin: Banners page. No need to use the {LITERAL} tag.
