Version Plugin is broken: or at least it's not working on tikiwiki.org. Example:
http://tikiwiki.org/TikiLiveCD
(version 0.3, the default) and
http://tikiwiki.org/TikiLiveCD?tikiversion=Version+0.2 are showing the same
