Anonymous can view this gallery:

And there is a list to the galleries:
Put I can't list the available galleries (available to anonymous)
http://www.marclaporte.com/tiki-galleries.php

There is a related problem with tiki-list_gallery.php where a :

if ($tiki_p_admin_galleries != 'y')

which prevents all individual image gallery permission checks
