Description

Page name like

Copy to clipboard
((Unix Install - Information)) gets parsed with the <code> in it

Changing order of parsing may not be best solution at this stage. changing urlencode to rawurlencode may also not be ideal. Need elegant solution.

Solution

committed a fix where matching of -+ is now at start of line or followed by whitespace instead of all -+

Holding off on 1.9 for now. Not sure if this might break people who use -+ mid-line after text.
