When presented with the ListPages Plugin UI, there is a section to choose categories for the Category Filter.
The section is a drop down menu that only allows the selection of one category. You cannot choose multiple categories in the UI selector.I will create a show instance of this issue.

- add one category and then edit in the wiki syntax manually to add others as described in the description hint under the field
