When attempting to register a new user in a 12.x tiki site (svn updated to recent revisions as of today ), users see this image after filling in the form with all required fields (and images from the recaptcha test) and clicking at the register button:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /path/tiki12svn/lib/captcha/Captcha_ReCaptcha20.php on line 49

Hopefully fixed in 15.x so far in r57743
(P.S. Not a blocker imho, as the old recaptcha and the others will still work, but hopefully fixed anyway)
