I think the problem is configuration related. In nextdoc and nextdev there are custom styles applied to the menu which might be the issue.
First try setup a menu from scratch and see if it works. If it does not work, then try and fix it, then fix the menu on nextdoc and document any configuration changes needed.

Hi Nelson,
The issue is due to the css.I fixed and i committed the changes to the tiki13.
Please check the commit Id--51714 and advice.
