Unsure whether this is a regression or not.

Using elFinder here:
http://demo.tiki.org/11x/tiki-list_file_gallery.php?galleryId=6&view=finder

duplicating images (there is an option there) do not duplicate them (unable to copy "File Galleries/dsfg/New Svg Image drawing".
