Is there a forum for BBB issues?

    I have a couple:

    1) in /templates/tiki-admin-include-features.tpl

around line 155 in the bigbluebutton_feature fieldset

    http://worldfreemansociety.org/show_image.php?id=602

The fieldset legend isn't closed with a slash-legend tag and the checkbox is inaccessible (Safari Mac or CSSEdit).

Closing the legend tag fixes it.

    2) We have bbb running on the same machine as Tiki, on port 8081, so I entered the URL for that:

    http://190.120.229.189:8081/

The plugin loads and the bbb logo button appears when you click "Create", however when you click "Join" the browser returns to Tiki.

Watching the status bar it looks like the button is directing the browser to

    http://190.120.229.189/ i.e. neglecting the port 8081

so it gets Apache not nginx and returns to the Tiki.

    Hi,
i got BBB up and running. So i tried some "advanced" feature: Voice Conference.
It doesnt work with the TikiWiki Plugin.
I get following error from asterisk:
"Call from 34408 to extension MeetingName rejected because extension not found"

If i open a conference without tikiwiki voice works.

So i asume the Tikiwiki Plugin doesnt work correctly.

    Best Regards Max

I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties. The feature is quite fresh and was tested on few installations. We had it working along with dial-in on http://tikiwiki.org/Live. You might want to test out the configuration there to see if it's any different from yours.

I remember there were quite a few codes to input, some of which did not make so much sense to me. Note that I know very little about BBB.

Also, Tiki creates the room the first time someone attempts to join (or hit create for that matter). The room is created in BBB at that moment. Changing parameters after that point will require to restart BBB, or some components of it. We typically settled for using a different meeting name when testing out the settings.

      I hope this helps.

      Thank you for your reply.
I dont understand much of BBB ether, nor linux or php ;)
I had a hard time with vim till i got some logfiles.
So voice worked on your configuration. May my configuration is wrong.
I'll try to find an answer on the bbb mailing list.

      Max

am experiencing the same issues with microphone and sound using the flash interface, reported as a bug here:

    http://dev.tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_tracker_item.php?itemId=3492

Keywords

The following is a list of keywords that should serve as hubs for navigation within the Tiki development and should correspond to documentation keywords.

Each feature in Tiki has a wiki page which regroups all the bugs, requests for enhancements, etc. It is somewhat a form of wiki-based project management. You can also express your interest in a feature by adding it to your profile. You can also try out the Dynamic filter.
