On mobile, the installation menu is open and displayed at the top.
The admin has to scroll down on each page to see the content (instruction and buttons)On desktop, there is a lot of white space at the page top surrounding the page title.
It create sometime a scroll bar and the bottom of some items is hidden (the admin has to scroll to be sure nothing is hidden at the bottom of the page). With such height space available, we should be able to display the full page without scrolling bar on desktop).The license text area has been reduced drastically and it doesn't look good. (module and desktop)
