non-valid url due to doubler slash in mention notification emai from t.o
Example from a real email I received:
jonnybradley mentioned you in https://tiki.org//Roundtable+Meeting+2020+07#mentioned-Xavi-section-1
Note that there are two slashes after tiki.org in the url, which makes Tiki reply that this page doesn't exist.
If you try with one slash only, itr works as expected:
https://tiki.org/Roundtable+Meeting+2020+07#mentioned-Xavi-section-1

Once the instance is ready (in a minute or two), as indicated in the status window below, you can then access that instance, login (the initial admin username/password is "admin") and configure the Tiki to demonstrate your bug. Priority will be given to bugs that have been demonstrated on show2.tiki.org.
