When the Structure TOC Plugin is activated, I can no longer edit pages in WYSIWYG mode. CKeditor sits and spins "Loading".
Errors produced:

This occurred on two separate Tiki sites after upgrading from 18.2. I have no workaround as Structures are an important part of both sites for navigation.- Solution
