Tiki.org is set to force "Minimum 4 characters long" for username on registration.
An error "Minimum 4 characters long" appears before any test is done on the field.It should appear until the field is checked.
If this is a warning, then it should look like a warning but not an error.Checked on Tiki 16 and Trunk.
