The Site layout selector doesn't have any options. This is a regression from Tiki 14. I thought the problem might have been caused by my changing the names of the layout options, but now I think maybe this isn't the case (that is, I don't see code that would be edited similar to how I edited to make the layout name changes).
(I don't know how many people would change the layout template via the setup wizard, but the broken selector isn't good for user confidence.)
Thanks Gary for reporting!
I leave it as pending ad please retest for you Gary, in case you can confirm it somewhere else too; it's fixed for me, at least, in this show.t.o instance.
should be fixed by r58339
sidenote: taking a look at wizard code for the first time, the idea is nice, but they seem to add lots of code duplication, why we dont just simply include the admin php files? it is not efficient to copy/paste code there, something to rethink for Tiki16
Tested and the site layout does offer some values in the dropdown indeed (thks), however, after clicking at save and continue, an error message is shown, saying that the connection has been re-set.
In addition, the interface where the site layout is shown at the config wizard, it also displays some error message about prefs not defined:
Preference style is not defined
Preference style_option is not defined
Preference style_admin is not defined
Preference style_admin_option is not defined
confirmed it's finally fixed and no more error message s for me, at least.

To help developers solve the bug, we kindly request that you demonstrate your bug on a show2.tikiwiki.org instance. To start, simply select a version and click on "Create show2.tikiwiki.org instance". Once the instance is ready (in a minute or two), as indicated in the status window below, you can then access that instance, login (the initial admin username/password is "admin") and configure the Tiki to demonstrate your bug. Priority will be given to bugs that have been demonstrated on show2.tikiwiki.org.
The URL for the show2.tikiwiki.org instance that demonstrates this bug is at: http://. Note that if you get a popup asking for a username/password, please just enter "show" and "show". This is different from the initial login and password for a new Tiki which is "admin" and "admin".
For the install log, see http:///info.txt
Note that if you see PHP errors or a Tiki claiming to be missing third party software, the instance creation is probably not finished. Please wait a couple minutes and reload.
Snapshots are database dumps of the configuration that developers can download for debugging. Once you have reproduced your bug on the show2.tikiwiki.org instance, create a snapshot that can then be downloaded by developers for further investigation.
Snapshots can be accessed at: http:///snapshots/. Note that if you get a popup asking for a username/password, please just enter "show" and "show".Create new snapshot
