Recently upgraded a site from Tiki 9.x to Tiki 13.1 and found that the Tracker Email field no longer functions.
Steps to Recreate Issue:
When creating an Email field, the option to watch closed is selected.A new item is created and an e-mail is entered. The item is set to 'closed'.
No e-mail is sent.
The same issue was found in 9.x and I had corrected it previously with a small code change but the same change no longer works in 13.1.- Importance
