Reproduced some issue here, as indicated in the comments:

I could reproduce some issue still, in your own page:
http://xavi-9794-5294.show.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=test+page+for+comments- I deleted a few comments as admin. The count updated accordingly.
- I created a few users (through profile Voting_System), and switched to user1, to add a 2 replies and a new comment there. The count was updated appropriately, showing 5, 6 and 7 as the total count of comments, correspondingly. However, since comment moderation was on, the comments were not shown publicly, and the number of comments didn't match the number of comments shown. Maybe the total count should reflect the number of approved comments, not all of them.
- I switched back to admin user, and deleted one of the comments pending moderation, and then, the total count shifted tyo "NaN". Screeshot attached
