I have tested 'Dynamic Item List' tracker field at version 12.0 alpha for upgrading from version 10. According from my simple test, it does not work.

I've reproduced your example in a profile ( http://profiles.tiki.org/Dynamic_items_list ) , and it works, as well as in your show.t.o instance, so that I'm closing this bug report.
After you select a value in teh first drop down of the service tracker, just wait some time until the second drop down gets populated with the right values.
Please, re-test, and if you still get some error, re-open the bug and report back with the new information, etc. Thanks for your help.
