To be able to post picture in blog you need to have tiki_p_upload_picture rights.
tiki_p_upload_picture perm is stored in "Wiki" permissions section.
This lead to confusion.If it is to stay like this (no need for a new perm) it should available in both section i guess.
This is user interface and usage, no bug involved here.
- Solution
Well not sure neither, but it is not logical to set blog feature, set blog feature permissions, and getting an error if trying to upload an image because a permission in the wiki section (not related) is not check.
May be they are simple things to do is:
1/ Make this perm available in permission section blogs AND wiki.2/ Keep it in wiki section but add a note in the blog section (if you need files/picture to be upload able in the blog text area you will have to allow "tiki_p_upload_picture" in the wiki section.
3/ Move the permission to Tiki section (being able to upload an image in any text area of the Tiki).
